All soaps are freshly handmade after your order is placed to ensure quality and freshness.
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order 

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched once the soaps are freshly prepared, quality-checked, and carefully packed.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery (UK / UAE / Saudi Arabia)

Standard Delivery: 6–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or local regulations

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout before payment.

Shipping fees cover courier transportation only and do not include customs duties or taxes.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Ekysta has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email (where available).

Tracking updates are dependent on courier service availability in the destination country.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Ekysta is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, or failure due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Please ensure all address details are accurate before placing your order.

Unclaimed, Refused or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

unpaid customs duties or taxes

refusal to accept delivery

failed delivery attempts

incorrect address

Ekysta will not be responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.

Transit Delays & Damages

Ekysta is not liable for delays or damages caused by courier services, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

In case of transit damage, customers are requested to contact the courier company directly using the provided tracking details.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

As each product is handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture, or design may occur.

These variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and do not qualify as defects.
